Managing one Airbnb is a lot. Managing 15 means I have had to figure out what actually works at scale, what guests notice, and what I can trust to hold up across dozens of stays every single month.
I have been cleaning and managing short-term rentals for years. I have done hundreds of property turnovers and tried more products than I can count. What is on this list is what I keep buying on repeat. Not because someone recommended it. Because it works.
Here are the 10 things I stock in every single one of my 15 properties, every time.
1. CGK Unlimited Sheet Sets
Sheets take more abuse in a short-term rental than almost anything else. Guests don’t treat them the way they treat their own; you are washing them constantly, and they need to look fresh for every single check-in.

2. Bulk White Washcloths
White washcloths are a restocking constant in short-term rentals. They get stained, they wear out, and guests go through them faster than you would expect.
I stopped buying small packs and switched to ordering bulk white washcloths. Always having extras means I never get caught short between stays. They wash well, dry quickly, and white keeps everything looking clean and professional.
3. Black Embroidered Makeup Towels
This one changed everything for my white linen situation.
No matter how nicely you ask, guests will use white washcloths to remove makeup. The stains are nearly impossible to get out. I started putting out dedicated black embroidered makeup towels in every bathroom, and my white washcloths stay white now.
Guests love the touch. It signals that you have thought of everything, which is exactly the impression you want to make.
4. Oasis Bliss Hotel Amenity Sets
If there is one thing I would tell every host to upgrade immediately, it is the toiletries.
Guests compare your property to hotels whether you want them to or not. A toiletry set that feels premium makes that comparison go in your favor. 6. Waterproof Mattress Protectors
This is not optional. Every mattress in every property you manage needs a waterproof protector, full stop.

I have these on every single bed across all 15 properties. The cost of outfitting your entire property is a fraction of the cost of replacing one mattress.
7. Bath Mats
Bath mats in a rental need to look great fresh out of the dryer and survive constant washing. Most don’t.
I rotate between two depending on the property aesthetic. These bath mats are soft, dry fast, and come out looking clean and fresh every single time. I also love this option for a slightly different look. I wash bath mats between every stay without exception, so durability is everything.
8. Palmolive Dish Soap
Small detail. Bigger impact than you would think.
I stock small Palmolive dish soaps in every kitchen. Guests recognize the brand, it works well, and a small fresh bottle signals care in a way a giant half-used jug never will. A two-dollar detail that makes the kitchen feel considered.
9. Cascade Dishwasher Pods
If your property has a dishwasher, stock pods. Guests should never have to figure out what you use or supply their own.
I use Cascade dishwasher pods across all my properties. Individually wrapped, effective, and a brand everyone recognizes. Leave a few under the sink, and guests know exactly what to do.
10. Pillow Protectors
Just like mattress protectors, pillow protectors belong on every single pillow in your property.
Pillows are expensive to replace and take real wear in a rental. A waterproof pillow protector extends their life and keeps things genuinely clean between stays. Most hosts skip this until they have a reason to regret it. Do not wait for that reason. Grab these and protect your investment.
The Right Products Are Only Half the Equation
Having the right supplies matters. How you present the experience to guests is the other half.
